Sarah is so positive, fresh, friendly, likeable and creative. She was most helpful with seeing that house was maintained as we live out of state and house was empty for about 7 months. Sarah hosted 2 open-houses and a neighborhood open house we had positive feedback from. The rising mortgage rates and large size of home was detrimental to a quick sale even though the house was fully remodeled in 2022. I felt a bit disappointed in her handling of offers we eventually received. Specifically, I felt she could have better communicated to me that I can hold to a 30-day closing period instead of taking the offer of a 60+ day close date that hurt a bit financially. Perhaps she could have been more shrewd as a realtor to benefit me and my family to earn highest possible sale price. Overall, I was very happy with Sarah and her work as our realtor. She was very communicative and has excellent taste. This was a very long project from total home renovation to finally listing. She even helped feed (for many weeks while I was not in town) our newly adopted feral kitten that found our home her home. Many thanks to Sarah and her husband who contributed as well.

We worked with Sarah when we relocated to NWA from Iowa. Sarah spent an entire weekend with us looking at houses. After returning to Iowa, Sarah sent us listings and links online to help us find a house. After numerous searches and not finding what we wanted, we decided to build. Sarah responded promptly to every phone call, email, and text. She communicated with us and the builder and kept us updated with videos and photos while we were still in Iowa. After arriving in NWA, she was accessible and met us at the house several times to check on the progress. She was with us every step of the way for the past 9 months.
