Get audited due poor preparate taxes, near imposible to reach them once tax season it's over, Got to pay hundreds of dollars to another preparator to fix the problem.

I had my taxes for year 2021 done here by recommendation and still haven’t received them. Turns out i wont receive them until 2022 and i may not get anything. I am being audited by the IRS because this location did not process my income taxes correctly. I attempted to call this location several times showed up as they said and drove 32 miles just to get help about 8 times on different days of the week. Either the office was always closed or they could not give information over the phone unless i was physically present. Not to mention they had a paper on their door saying to call a phone number for any questions that eventually never responded. Now to mention the IRS is saying because my wages did not get reported correctly I may have received an overlayment of $8K+ that i might end up paying back. Thanks a lot Santana’s.

The worst customer service! The lady upfront is super rude! She couldn't answer simple customer questions and literally hung up on me! I will never use their service again!
