I highly recommended Bryan . N if you are moving from another state to NC. He kept us up to date on any new houses that he felt would fit our requirements. He made detailed walk through videos so we did not have to waste time driving for a "maybe". He has qualities of a very good home inspector who is knowledgeable about different aspects of a solid and stable home. His negotiation skills are top notch and he saved us over 6000 dollars on the house that we wanted. He was on top of things the whole 6 months in total that we worked with him to find a place.
