I highly recommend Sandy to anyone buying a home in NWA. My experience with Sandy was more than amazing. She preformed superbly as a real estate agent but more than that she was a savvy adviser. She understood my needs and guided me skillfully through out the entire process. On numerous occasions her experience and wisdom saved me from making serious errors. Making a move from another state is difficult at best, Sandy went way out of her way to make this transition comfortable and help ease the stress. She was relentless in the search for the right property and, once it was found, was equally relentless in negotiating the best possible deal. We REALLY enjoyed working with Sandy to find our home here in NW Arkansas. Not sure she would say the same about us though, LOL. Not that we were bad clients, but this was a 2 1/2 year effort of us looking at Arkansas, then changing to Texas, then back to Arkansas (from San Diego). We had very specific needs that are hard to find and we encountered difficult situations with sellers and agents (do they put something in the water here) On the third try we ended up in the house that fit us best. And Sandy handled each challenge professionally and with our best interest at heart. You can't go wrong with Sandy as she is diligent, thorough, straight-forward and honest, professional, but also a friend.
