I've had my auto insurance policy through this State Farm office for longer than I can remember, but even over the last 10 or so years, the people that work there have always been so kind, helpful, and responsive, and those are things you really value and appreciate. Even if you have to pay $100+ a month for something you might never need to take advantage of, at least when you call you are always answered by a friendly person. Ashley is usually the woman I talk to on the phone and she is super nice and I'm thankful for her help every time.

They have your best interest in mind it might be two or three dollars more than a cheaper rate DUI special insurance out there but it's worth it to have a lower deductible and have an agent and staff that actually care for their customers instead of just another number and will call them if there's a problem with the account or past due, etc.
