What a great company. My Realtor was Steve and he went above and beyond for me. I had a flood zone issue that was causing me to pay more than I should. Steve researched and did all the homework that should have been my responsibility to get me out of it. Besides that, he was constantly available for me and very prompt and knowledgeable with responses to my questions.

Our realtor tried time and time again to get in contact with the sellers agent who is Lilibeth but she is almost never available. When the seller wanted something she was immediately on the phone with us. Now that the contract is canceled they are taking their sweet time to sign the cancellation contract.
Tried calling their main office line and all it does is ring until it’s picked up by an answering machine.
Not very professional I would never recommend a company who is t sufficiently staffed to deal with calls

Steve L was my realtor, and he was lackluster.

Missed phone calls and lackadaisical response times all stemmed from what was claimed to be a broken phone.

The property sale was a complete nightmare. The realty office’s selected lawyer for the transaction botched the write up several times and delayed the deal. An arbitrary close date was set and despite the errors and continued lack of communication I ended up having the (then) owner of the property Scott Kramer send me nasty messages threatening to keep my escrow deposit and other childish banter.

Steve hid behind his realty group and only answered questions when absolutely necessary, completely omitting some serious details bordering on fraud.

Stay away from this swindler, sand peak realty, and Scott Kramer (Simex holdings)...you have been warned!
