I have been a Uber and Lyft driver for over 6 years, and bleidy by far as been the most outstanding deiligent worker I have ever work with. She has continued to provide exceptional service for me and my family to find, and get us insurance for my everyday work life. This is the best insurance office around. The entire staff was extremely helpful and understanding. I was trying for quite some time to get insurance for my taxi company and no one else was able to help me. Then someone recommended I call Sammy Brokerage and speak with Moe. Very glad I did! He made the entire process from quoting to getting the policy extremely smooth. They also make the payments very easy by accepting basically all forms of payment. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for insurance.

Avoid this office, they literally ROB you with extra charges everymonth, a little change for their pockets on top of your monthly charges, then when you want to cancel a policy, they will give you the never ending run around, because they know if you LEAVE, there goes their little extra money, and they take money from all customers imagine at the end of the month.

This company has a terrible habit with hiring subpar employees. Paula messed up the payment method to discharge month-to-month installments for my auto insurance. That resulted in me having to pay two months at once. I had a phone conversation with her and she wanted me to fix her own mistakes, by calling Progressive myself. She gave a weak apology and little care over the entire situation. Generally, all of these employees look miserable working in this company and that energy bleeds onto their "services".Very sad and I ultimately switched to a better brokerage firm.

Literally standing here, staff farah left me and got on the phone helped somebody else and left me standing there doing nothing , when I coulda been gone. Very unprofessional and rude. And the Spanish women with blonde highlights gave this individual an attitude and blew him off
