Long time client, but finally popped into the office for a first time visit to finally meet the voices on the other end of the phone. Karla helped me take care of some policy issues and updates without hesitation, and later that same day, was followed up with by Olga regarding some additional changes. OMG so happy we went with the Sam Lamb group. Karla is our main contact and she is amazing. My family got into a horrible car accident back in January and honestly dealing with insurance was last on our minds. Thanks to Karla we really didn't have to focus or stress out about the crash or damage. After we told her what happened the next day, she helped us file all the necessary paperwork, set up a car rental for us and even got my toddler a new carseat within 5 days. Literally all we did was send her pictures of the car, tell her where it was towed and give her the information of the police offer. How can you not love people who make your life super easy at your darkest times!! If it were up to us we would never change insurance companies. Fingers crossed they don't kick us out of their portfolio with the recent California exit!!
