Safe 1 granite falls has always given professional and courteous service. I know when I come to this branch I will be taken care of. My husband and I have banked with Safe 1 for many years, we’ve had several accounts and loans with them and continue to choose them for all our financial needs. Safe1 Credit Union on Granite Falls Drive has always given us great service. Recently we moved out of state and we needed specific services on 2 occasions. My parents had a terrible experience with 2 different employees at this branch. The employees exuded a high and mighty and seemingly racist attitude. When a customer comes in asking for assistance, you don’t start throwing offensive and insensitive comments or dismiss them. I hope every single employee gets investigated. I will be putting in a complaint with the FTC. You all need training on the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and CCPA of 1968. All your customer needed was some answers to a few questions they had, not a session filled with discrimination.

I've been with them for several years and they decided to lock my account without notice and can't unlock it for 24 hours. I've been having issues with them since they transitioned to safe1. I explained to the manager why that's not acceptable and she said if I want to take my money out of my account I can, so I will be switching banks immediately. I don't recommend them to anyone they clearly don't care about their members. Also you can't keep track of your transactions in real time in the sense of if the bank isn't open you can't get your deposits and nothing posts to your account.
