I genuinely believe this office deserves a one star review (I’ll explain why) but also notice that they don’t have many other one star reviews because when you leave one they harass you to change it. I have been with State Farm for almost 6 years and I never had problems before this office. When Tom Reddick was here we were treated professionally with respect. After Ryan Siebenmorgen took over this office went downhill fast. They didn’t help us when we needed it. They raised our prices when we couldn’t afford it. When we finally decided to cancel our policy, they did not submit it. The lack of attention to detail and communication is frustrating. We canceled early spring when we sold our house. The agent at the time did not properly cancel and they were trying to charge us for several months of a homeowners policy when we did not even have the home any more. My husband and I spoke to FOUR separate agents to get this policy cancelled and they all told us different things, ultimately accomplishing nothing. And then later claimed we never spoke to them and that they were sending us to collections for ignoring them (which is not true). After I left a bad review I finally got their attention and they claimed they will fix my policy. They asked me to remove my one star review and I told them when they can prove my policy is cancelled I will improve it. They then told me that I was after them personally and that they did not deserve the one star review (even though I never left their name). They even then commented publicly on my review to try and discredit me to their advantage and say I was lying. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism and the harassment from this office. They claimed I was just angry at State Farm as a whole, not them specifically. But let me assure you I am very angry with this office, not State Farm as a whole. I was happy with State Farm until the change of office leadership and agents. I do not recommend doing business with this office and I 100% believe that they have offered us one star service and treatment.

Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there! I love Ryan's team! Mindy Stroud has gone above and beyond what I have ever experienced with any agent to ensure that we were taken care of. She advocated for me in an issue with the DMV and was there every step of the way! I love that I have an agent and a team who genuinely cares and makes a difference in a positive way!

Mindy was very helpful and professional and most of all knowledgeable when helping me choose my new insurance to cover all my needs. She made sure I was covered in case anything were to happen making sure I would be able to afford the out of pocket right away costs as well as she didn’t leave room for liability on my part if something were to happen. She went over the insurance I had before and made sure to explain all of my new options, as well as let me choose which option I best liked, while also educating me on each choice. If there is something she wasn’t sure about, which was very very little, she made sure to get an answer for me and reach back right away. I’d definitely recommend her to make sure your home, car, and life are covered!

I've been with Statefarm since 1985 and they've always lived up to their logo: " Like a good neighbor, Statefarm is there". As a long term customer, nobody has of yet ever not been on my side. I appreciate the fact that they've always come through in my behalf, and I hope that help remains because I like sticking with them. Everyone I've met with has been extraordinarily friendly and this keeps me satisfied and comfortable. Thank you for all your help, the extra mile always helps and is much appreciated. Good neighbors?
