This company keeps calling me and texting me telling me to sell my apartment -- over 20 times -- despite the fact that I have NO plans to sell and I have asked them over and over to stop. VERY rude. Not only will I not work with you, I will tell everyone I know to not work with you! When someone does not return your calls and messages STOP CALLING!

Ryan Serhant's team is the sales team for Hero LIC, a new luxury condo development by Silverback Development. The building has turned out to fall far short of expectations set by the marketing, with many problems being left unaddressed (which you can read about on Google maps reviews for Hero LIC or Silverback Development).

While the primary responsibility for the problems and lack of action falls upon the sponsor (Silverback), I believe the real estate sales team (Serhant) should also bear some responsibility for their marketing being inaccurate (the building's amenities and decor do not look as nice as they do in the renderings; the difference is quite stark if you look at the pictures on herolic.com and then visit the building in person). As a sales team, their job is of course to present the building in the best light, but the differences are so large that the word "misleading" comes to mind. For example, when I purchased, I was told that the amenities would be finished in September 2020. It's now July 2021 and amenities are still far from complete.

There was also water damage and mold due to a burst pipe that affected several units, but i think sales team did not completely disclose this to all the buyers. For example, i talked to a unit owner on the affected floor and they had never heard of the issue until that conversation.

Seems that someone read too many self-help, marketing, and business development books where they say 'dont take 'no' for an answer... Stop calling and spamming. Terrible, terrible impression.
