Our review is simple. Elizabeth Files and her team at Ryan Dobbs Realty are the best. We quickly realized how challenging it was to manage this task while living out of state and after only a few visits to Bakersfield, CA. We recognized the need for significant assistance and the importance of trusting someone to guide us through various challenges while purchasing a home during changing markets, especially while being in different time zones.
We had tons of questions and concerns, but Liz met and surpassed our expectations. Liz was able to find us the perfect home in a short amount of time and at the best price. Liz would contact us and communicate with us daily and keep us posted with options and pass on her knowledge about solar, HOAs, and property concerns of the different areas to try to meet our needs. Liz would conduct tours of homes and provide us with live video clips, offering comprehensive details regarding the condition of the properties and any potential upgrades that may be needed. This was HUGE in all our decision-making process and helped us make the perfect choice. Through the negotiations, Liz is the realtor you want on your side. She would do her best to negotiate in your favor. I would highly recommend Liz Fields to be your realtor if you are in the home buying/selling process. Over the last 30 years my husband and I have purchased dozens of homes, and this has been the BEST experience yet. Most of all Liz and her team are professional, kind and very hard-working and we are proud to have Liz as our friend in Bakersfield.

Esmeralda was so much help while my wife and i were searching for our first home. She made us a priority and got us in to see so many different homes.
