Ruth Krishnan Team helped us buy our first home in San Francisco, and we can't imagine going through this process without their support. We worked with Valerie, who is extremely personable and had an encyclopedic knowledge of the San Francisco housing market.

She took the time to properly understand our needs and desires, and continually educated us about the market and process.
One of the most useful steps in her process was an exercise where we had deep discussions on all the recently sold houses that interested us. The exercise was intensive, but invaluable in helping us clear the fog around our preferences and the available inventory.
When it came time to write offers and negotiate, Valerie was a great asset. We could confidently make offers and navigate the competitive SF market stress free because of her insights. Buying a first home is an extremely overwhelming task, but we feel like Ruth Krishnan team took a lot of

But Ruth's team, especially Valerie who worked with throughout the process made it incredibly smooth and easy. They worked with us from day one to talk through how the buying process in SF works as well as their philosophies towards it.

They made sure we understood the pros and cons of the neighborhoods we were interested in, and had us go through a past sold exercise - which ended up being tremendously helpful for us. Valerie took an incredible amount of time to parse through our feedback and helped guide us through filtering out the homes that had issues that were tough for us.

Once we found the home we wanted (which Valerie went out of her way to find), she worked with us very closely to go through the entire buying process in detail. Valerie made sure our offer was as competitive as we could make it and always put us in the spot where we could win the home. But before doing so made sure we clearly understood the trade-offs. Everything from the disclosures to the loan paperwork, to the closing timelines, she was there to answer our questions and make sure we were well taken care of.

We would not have been able to close our home (so quickly I might add) without Valerie and the rest of the Ruth Krishnan team. We cannot recommend them highly enough! They really understand the SF market like no one else.

My fiance and I just bought our first home and could not have been happier with our agent Yesenia! She held our hands along the way as we knew nothing before getting into the process. She was extremely patient and answered all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with EVERYTHING that went into buying a home - even minor details in some of the disclosures and other documents.

She's followed up with the sellers agent regarding some pending items with the contractor, suggested various locksmiths to help us out and is still as happy to answer any questions we have.

I recently purchased a condo in Cow Hollow (San Francisco) and had the good fortune of working with Yesenia Rogers, who works with the Ruth Krishnan Team. The Krishnan team is well known and highly respected in San Francisco, which is a complex and competitive market. One really needs a local team of experts to help buyers navigate the landscape. The process was extremely smooth and intuitive. In the introductory call, Yesenia provided me with all possible information I would need from start to finish. It was a lot to absorb but she presented it in a manner that was easy to understand and remember. At the same time, she made the effort to understand what I was looking for and tailored the rest of our interactions to align closely with that. The process itself was highly efficient and productive. In a short time frame, we were able to converge on a condo that I liked. She helped me write an offer that got accepted on the same day at slightly below the listing price. Throughout the process, Yesenia and the team were very transparent and always provided timely updates. We had one hiccup with the lender due to a confusion about the HOA insurance policy. It almost seemed like the loan would not go through due to an insurance technicality. Yesenia immediately lined up a backup plan with a different lender that was ready to go. Fortunately, the original lender came through and we closed within 3 weeks, despite the holidays. Yesenia is also well connected with all local providers like insurance, contractors, vendors, etc. All her contacts have provided me priority service. For anyone buying in San Francisco, I highly recommend Yesenia and the Krishnan Team.

As happy as we are to have found our home, we will miss working with Yesenia and The Krishnan Team!
