Russ Phillips and his team are by far the best real estate professionals I've ever worked with. Even in a time of great uncertainty, they managed to quickly get me a full price offer, even when I was in despair of being able to sell. Russ worked with the buyer's agent to keep everybody happy, which can be a challenge if you've ever bought or sold real estate. Russ even came over to my house the night before closing to help with some last minute details to ensure the closing went smoothly. I cannot recommend Russ Phillips and his team more, they are miracle workers.

We had an amazing experience with Russ Phillips and his talented Team. They were a real difference maker on our behalf. They were able to sell our home before we were able to get a 'Coming Soon' sign in the front yard. It was incredible.

We were looking to down size and test the market value of our home. We interviewed seven (7) agents. Russ' reviews were exceptional. The metrics we cared about, is where he & his team excelled. Percentage of listings sold, number of closings, average price over asking price, and average days on the market to name a few.

I called his office after hours and got Russ' voice mail. I received a call back + text right after from his assistant. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. To my surprise, Russ showed up for the appointment himself. We hit it off right away. Russ came to the table with a lot of options and local knowledge. We were very impressed, and decided to list with him. Turns out, Zillow isn't always right.

One of the options Russ provided, at his expense, was bringing in a professional photographer to take pictures of our home. His work was outstanding. The next morning there was a family + an agent on our front porch. They did a walk thru and decided they needed to talk with Russ. He sealed the deal for us. The house was sold in a day!

There were many details to work through, and fortunately we dealt with Susan Stanphill, who proved to be an extremely valuable resource for us. Susan kept us in the loop and guided us in the closing procedure. Russ also checked in frequently, but not too much. It was a perfect experience and we were so lucky to have worked with the Russ Phillips Team. We would recommend them to anyone.
