I would not recommend hiring ROX Real Estate for property management. Zero stars.

Unprofessional.

I called them about a duplex in Arizona City that I was interested in. The gal on the phone couldn’t help me, but said that the person who could would return my call when they got in. They never did.

I called them back a few hours later and talked with Susan. At her convenience, we agreed to meet at the property. She did not show up. After a thirty minute wait, I called her and she said she couldn’t make it and could we reschedule for the same time the next day. I agreed.

Thirty minutes before that scheduled meeting, I received a text message from her stating that she couldn’t make it and could we reschedule again for the next day.

My reply: “Forget it. You’re a little too unprofessional for my tastes”

Update: Did you talk to the homeowner/my husband? Yeah he fired you too!! He picked up the keys yesterday and that's only because of the holiday and my anniversary. Got what I wanted. If you would like a company who plays games collecting app fees and never calling you back or doing anything hire rox rentals. It's a pitty also because we bought our house from coldwell reality for my birthday present horrible trying to play games with my relationship and blaming my kids for lost messages they don't answer my husband phone unless he asks them too
If you want a reasonable agent and great company hire Norris Management.

So today was my walk through with Susan and Karen, after being at my studio for a year and a half. I just want to thank them because when my a/c went out in June the temperature reached 119 degrees and they found a place for me to stay. They had to order the parts for the a/c and it was gonna take a few days before they were delivered. So I did not want to stay anywhere else other than my studio, and I went to Lowe's and purchased an a/c window unit. Needless to stay they reembursed me for the total cost of the a/c window unit. I had no problems at all they answered my calls and they we're attentive. The only reason I left is because I got a new job over an hour drive and the miles and gas we're adding up. I would recommend Susan and Karen... Thank you ladies for caring and making your tenants your priority! I will definitely be calling them when I purchase my new home!

Recently acquired their services for property management for a home we own in Coolidge AZ. Despite them being very optimistic about renting out the home fast the home ended up vacant for more than 2 1/2 months. The vacancy I can understand but the lack of communication is very disheartening. Karen would never return my calls and Susan, while slightly better at returning calls, was not as responsive as I would have hoped for. After 2 1/2 months of trying to get a tenant they almost had a tenant that ended up falling through. I ultimately went with another property management company. It’s a shame because they had been recommended by a friend.

Susan and Karen have always been a joy to work with. They are able to provide a monthly call to me about my property and its condition. I feel the tenant is always in good hands with them and they follow up quickly in such a way to provide solutions and calm to any issues that may appear.

I am an owner that used their property management services. The other reviews about very bad communication from them (about late rents, tenants leaving the place, or status etc.) are true and also my experience as well. They have placed tenants in my home that didn't care for the home, and they excused their many late payments. I didn't receive a month's payment and had to be the one to ask them what happened - only then, they checked and noticed the tenant had fled leaving behind a bunch of junk and yard littered with poop and who knows what else - still waiting to hear from them when they will go check and repair any/all damage. These people don't give you a sense they are looking out for you nor following the Golden Rule - treating others the way they would want to be treated. Would not recommend them.
