Stopped in to ask 1 quick question on a paper I received. Literally would of taken 30 seconds to answer. Jason said we are about to close you have to come back on Monday. I said I have 1 quick question about a paper I received and was wondering if I could use the same page put switch the names around in my response is the only thing I need to know. He said you have to come back Monday. I said this doesn't look good for Google reviews he replied do you thing sir. So here's my review. Very rude. Would not recommend for anything.

I hired Jason Ross to represent me on a a few charges where I was illegally searched and falsely arrested for a dwi when I wasn't even driving. He assured me when I spoke with him that he would have all my charges dismissed. I paid him 7k in cash that week. After that he didn't do anything to try and get my charges dropped. When my court date rolled around he told me that I had to take a plea bargain on the charges or I'd be rearrested and have to post another bond. Not to mention when I was arrested the Eden police stole 5 thousand dollars from me wich he never even tried to get back for me. You would think after paying someone 7k they would actually try to do their job. I would never recommend him to anyone. If I could I would leave a negative rating. Worst lawyer I've ever seen. If you need a lawyer don't call him unless you want to get ripped off.

Lack of communication, did not make me feel secure in my decisions, wouldn't answer the phone when he told me to call & just all around rude! If I could leave negative stars I would! Jason Ross needs to go ahead & retire!!

Jason Ross is the worse lawyer I’ve ever dealt with, unprofessional, rude, takes no accountability for being wrong. He mixed my court date up and I end up getting arrested for failure to appear, I paid him previous to that and he assured me that he would go to court for me and handle everything. I called him and let him know what happened he had no sympathy and took no ownership to his mistake. I strongly recommend finding someone else to represent you because this guy has no clue what he’s doing, as I read all the bad reviews I see I’m not the only one who feels this way.

I have never had to use him personally but paid him for a family member.
We paid him very good money and then never heard another word from him.
They tried to contact him for nearly 5 months.
His associate answered the phone once because apparently we pressed the wrong button and the associate cussed us out for calling his line instead of Ross's.
When the court date came up (fyi it was just a minor wreck/ticket for at fault he was supposed to handle, which he over charged massively for)
Anyways when case came up he had to request time to retain a different lawyer and explained that Ross had not been reachable.
Ross lied in the court room and said we were vulgar with his colleague and that was the reason he hasn't contracted back and was dropping my family member as a client.

First of all we just hung up when his colleague answered the phone and cussed us out.
Second .. months before this incident and he hadn't contacted us then either.

He is the worst lawyer in town.
He is a crook and will get over you in every way possible.
I don't understand to this day how he gets any business.

Much better lawyers all around.

My husband was 30 min late to court because we live an hour away and got lost on the way and he didn’t wait at all to see if he would show and told the judge that he wasn’t coming. My husband and I sat there till second roll call and then they told him about his attorney and arrested him on the spot for failure to appear even though he was clearly there and had been there. When I called rosses partner was by far the rudest person I have ever had to deal with and I was hung up on twice. I’m not sure how they have stayed in business. They are rude, unprofessional, and just plan jerks. He was court appointed in our case but for those looking to pay do not waste your money on these two smh. I wish there was a zero star because they don’t even deserve one.

Recently I called Mr. Ross’s office for an inmate who has been unable to reach him. Not only was he extremely rude and threaten to hang up on me multiply times he was unwilling to stay quiet long enough to listen to our concerns. He stated over and over again “listen here, let’s get this clear, I don’t need to speak to any of you and can hang up right now” Hummm thought we were on the same team, fighting for the same cause. I would not recommend Jason Ross at all to anyone. I can’t believe he is allowed to be so rude!!
