A 1 star is too generous. I would go so far as too give ZERO !!!
After numerous phone calls and requests. I had to threaten calling the IRS To get a response from Rosemarie when I did speak to her she told me she was too busy to forward my tax info in a timely manner and told me to “F—- off and hung up ! it took weeks to finally get her assistant to email my paperwork. THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL .
My advice would be do your research before trusting any personal documents with this place !!!!

This was the 2nd year we have had Rose do our taxes. We think very highly of her and her knowledge. Rose is a very compassionate person. She is very personal and friendly with people. She is so energetic, I don't know how she does it all. We highly recommend Rose.
