Rosel Trolan Truly Knows Bay Area Real Estate. Trust her, she will come through for you! Thank you Rosel for all your help, we knew we picked the right person to help us. We've known Rosel from years ago when we were all into fitness and healthy lifestyle and working out. At that time, I knew she was already doing so well selling real estate. Knowing that the current market has been tough for everyone, we decided to use her service because first she's local, she knows Oakland in and out. Second, she is a hustler, she works hard and knows her stuff. Our rental property was in the heart of Oakland, we knew it wasn't going to be easy but we put our trust in Rosel. From the very get go she let us know facts, reality and we expected that going into this. People really liked what we did to the house, but the location wasn't the best. We had a couple of offers during the 45 days it was on the market. But we knew there was a special family who meant to get this property. We're so glad they liked and bought it! Rosel did her magic, ironed all the details and closed in a timely manner. We didn't doubt her, we just had to be patient. Thank you Rosel for working with us. You are meant to help people like us. Great experience working with Rosel. I would strongly recommend Rosel as a seller agent. She took a personal interest in the sale of our property. I commend her for going beyond the usual service realtors provide by following up with the city on permits, of understanding the history of the house, presenting the information to buyers and always being available to provide access to the house for any work being done there. It is the first time we were comfortable not having to follow up constantly with the agent on the sale of a property. We communicated mostly through text in the entire sale process.

Moreover, I valued how engaged she was in working with the buyers through out the transaction until closing. Value her proactiveness and sense of time. Rosel mentioned that she is also working to obtain a contractor license; I think it certainly helps for a realtor to be aware of construction and remodeling. Will definitely use Rosel again in the future. Wishing her the best!
