We did our taxes in 2020-2021 and both of them was were never summited to the IRS now we have to get out of work early and take the taxes forms because she never turn them inn when we payed her to do all that

Best place to get your taxes done! Ms. Rosales is like family to me, my mom and kids all get their taxes done here as well. I don't look forward to getting taxes done but knowing I will be treated with kindness by the staff makes it better!

If I could give less stars I would. She put my information on my tax return incorrectly which resulted in a process with the IRS. I tried contacting her several times about this, but no response. I do not recommend.

I am only giving them a 1 star because google won't let me give them a 0 star.

I came in there to file a form 1065 (partnership LLC - Pass through Entity) and the tax preparer insisted I file a form 1120 for a Corporation income tax.

Long story short, under her "tax plan" I was now required to pay OVER TWICE as much taxes as I was supposed to! She had me paying for federal corporate tax and tax at the individual level. The reason I filed for an LLC is because I didn't want the double taxation that comes with corporations!

I knew I should have gathered my things and left when she didn't understand the concept of COST OF GOODS SOLD (COGS). She removed COGS from line 2 and placed it in other expenses and labeled it "supplies" - Unbelievable!! Furthermore, her response to that was, "if the IRS comes calling, have them talk to me". The reason I'm paying you to do my taxes is so I never have to hear from the IRS.

AVOID like the plague!! Now I have to file an amended return with the IRS because of this lady with "25 years experience". She desperately needs to go back to school, assuming she ever even went to school for tax preparation.

I would never recommend this place to anyone!!
