Ronnie Seals is unprofessional, arrogant and greedy. He made mistakes on my tax returns that my new CPA said was due to lack of knowledge and laziness (not looking up the proper handling of the issues). He would not admit to making the errors; discussing this with him was like talking with a stubborn teenager. He's very immature. Stay away from him.

I called to ask a couple questions and the lady that answered was very rude. I have never had to call a tax professional before so maybe I was a little clueless, but we’re all only human... I asked her if they could give a price estimate and she said, no, and that was ok... It is what it is, but then I asked her if it was possible to give a price range at all so I could have somewhat a maximum cost in mind, and had her answer been a friendly no, I would not be writing this. Her already non-friendly demeanor became even less friendly. I told her that I felt like she was being huffy with me and that I didn’t appreciate it. Her response, was “I’m sorry, but you keep asking the same question.” I was merely trying to get clarification to better understand my options, and I was having a hard time trying to sort through which tax professional to use. Sorry, but I’ve worked in customer service for 13 years, and that is terrible customer service. I literally had someone ask me if male goats produce milk once & very kindly explained that they do not. I wasn’t condescending or rude in any way. If I can do it this lady can do it, even if she thinks my questions are ignorant. Everyone you meet knows something you don’t. If I can be kind to customers when I don’t understand them I expect the same kind treatment from others. Maybe she was having a bad day, but all I know is I will not be giving them my service, nor will I be recommending them. The lady at Helgreen & Dalton was much more friendly and answered the same questions with kindness and understanding. I will be writing them a good review even if I don’t end up using their services.
