I have been with State Farm for over 20 years, and it’s because of their 5 star treatment I get every time I call their office. It doesn’t matter what I call for they are always very helpful and they take care of whatever I need. Most recently I called the office and Jason answered, I told him I need my windshield replaced due to an object being thrown back into the windshield. He told me no worries my policy covered the damage and he even looked up and called the company for me and got it all setup. I thought it would take a couple of days before I heard from the company but they called me 20 minutes later and now I am all scheduled for my windshield replacement. I call that excellent customer service. I can’t say enough about my State Farm agent. Give them a try and see for yourself! I know you won’t be disappointed. 😊
