This place kept delaying my taxes and didn’t deliver as promised. Kept calling to check the status of my taxes and they kept telling me I was next. Finally after about 2 weeks later I had to pick up my taxes in Merced since my availability and there availability did not match. Lost a customer.

Been going here for years. Wonderful family business who is very knowledgeable and up to date with laws. I travel hours to get my taxes done by them and would not trust anyone else to do them. Highly recommended!

Probably will never go back ever again, filed my stuff and waited weeks for my small refund. Still haven't gotten it today then come to find out I still need to bring two more forms in but I'm pretty sure they should've said that when I first filed. And now I'm still waiting because of their mistake. I set an appointment early on in the beginning of the year to get it done early too. What was the point of going early if I was just gonna have to wait so long for my refund still on the count of their mistake. Terrible place!!

This firm has terrible customer service. They have an appointment system that they constantly don't. They're worst then the DMV you make an appointment and your still have to wait hours to be attended. They're tax preparation service is unbelievably mediocre and outrageously over priced. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Dont bother making a appointment, customer service is not there priority. You dont matter. I literally waited hours even though I had an appointment. This post will not matter because these people are clueless. Smh, all respect- it has potential for growth.
