I found this optometry office through my insurance provider and was pleasantly surprised to see it’s just a few blocks from home. I highly recommend this place! The lady at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell any services or push unnecessary extras. The office was clean and well-organized, and it looks like they have a large selection of eyewear to choose from. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!

The Staff was very Helpful, very Professional, and very Friendly, and very Knowledgeable... I had to get new Glasses, and one of the Staff members explained to me about what my Insurance would cover, and Displayed the Glasses that I could pick and choose from, which was also very helpful to me... Dr Upshaw was very thorough regarding my Eye Exam, and explained everything to me regarding my Eye's, which was very helpful to me....

10 STARS if I could! I was pleasantly surprised this wonderful office was located in Rodeo! My experience was wonderful from initial call to leaving the office.

I called to schedule my annual eye exam and they got me in same day. The front staff was incredibly nice and Dr. Upshaw is amazing! Concise, timely, clean, communicative, friendly, thorough—an all around great place.

I felt heard, respected and taken care of. Dr. Upshaw listened to my concerns and addressed any worries I had regarding my visit. I also left with the cutest pair of glasses since I wanted to buy new frames and I LOVE THEM! I sampled glasses while waiting for my eyes to dilate and although my vision was getting blurry I was having a ball lol!

The receptionist were kind, playful and fun to be around while also addressing any questions I had. HIGHLY recommend Rodeo Family Optometry! <3

It’s always a pleasure to see Dr Kopiko and her staff. Very respectful and professional towards their patients. Even though my children are already on their own, they still see Dr Kopiko and her husband.
