I'm going to have to give you more than a few lines when I talk about Rod Brown. I met Rod 12yrs.ago during a time that I should have been elated about buying my first home on my own. Instead I was diagnosed with an incurable illness and was not able to work. I was still determined with this small amount of money I would buy something I could call home.
The realtors I dealt with one after another literally did a silent chuckle when I told them what I could afford. I was either turned aay being told it takes a while to find a home with "that"amount of money, and it doesn't leave much of a commission for us.

The next day I picked up the phone for what I considered was going to be my last try for awhile. Well,I'm sure glad I did,I was to meet my future agent and friend.

I drove 45 minutes to Roseville full of anxiety waiting to again be demeaned about my financial status. Rod walked into the office with a smile on his face and shook my hand. I started to apologize about my money,waiting for the typical response he said,"I will give you exactly the same amount of time as my million dollar clients."
