Hi, I would like to share that my experience with James at rockwater was very professional and although it can be a bit of an emotional roller coaster he walked me through every step of the way, very patiently and professionally even when I couldn't even believe how scary it seemed. He just kept encouraging me and telling me to be patient and trust the process. I hope everyone can have as good of an experience as I did. I was so scared and he saved my life - and I mean, literally after 10 years or longer of trying to sort this out he really came through !!!!!

This accounting firm does everything properly. When I say that, I mean from a human standpoint. They approached me with care, have handled all of my questions and concerns with care and I could not feel more comfortable saying nice things about them. I worked with Tom and I make it a point NOT to understand anything about taxes. I'm trying to run a business so I put it in my accountants hands and just have them show me where to sign. I ran into a problem and after just several days, Tom and Rockwater figured out the issue, had a plan and executed it flawlessly.

I didn't have to do a thing so I can focus in on running my business.

I can’t recall ever having my expectations exceeded as they were, are being done by James Centner with Rockwater Associates. He has cared for me and done much more than I expected. He embodies the word professional. He has done things that I simply did not think could be done. If you are considering any other firm, I must say, in my opinion, this is a mistake. Rockwater wasn't the first firm I chose; they are my last.
