If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! My husband and I are so grateful for Sheryl. She took the weight off of our shoulders after the first time we met her. We put off our taxes, I was overwhelmed with three daughters in college, buying and selling a house in the same year. Sheryl was so great with taking on my three daughters tax returns also. She was so knowledgeable of the tax codes, etc. A very kind and good hearted person. I’m actually looking forward to seeing her again this year! I’m glad we were referred to her and I refer her to everyone I meet now!

Being a new business owner I put a lot of trust into my tax and accountant but that was a big mistake. I was over charged several times and received Bill's for hidden charges such as filing an extension for $75. I was given a tutorial on how to use QuickBooks, took notes and called her about any questions I had. When tax time was around the corner she told me I did everything incorrect. Why is that when I asked you questions and followed directs about EVERYTHING. Towards the end of me using Rock solid tax and accounting I was told that I was beyond her help. We ended up going somewhere else. They told me she needed to completely start over (even the stuff I paid her to do) was wrong. WRONG?! I paid almost $600 from January thru June for things to be wrong. How did I know the bookkeeper wasn't dishonest about it? She felt so bad for us that we were charged for the extension and all the money for January thru June that she did it for free. I have first hand experience with this company and I would advise for you to stay clear unless you have extra money to burn.
