If I could give a lower rating . I’m not one to write reviews only good ones but it’s happened not one but two times where i get treated without respect and I just sat there in silence. Yesterday i went through to the drive thru teller and the teller as soon as i got there started shaking her head rolling her eyes, i had not said a work yet just arrived once i was able to give her the info and what i was there for she still kept shaking her head , rolling her eyes . And i could clearly see from the screen her actions and every time she spoke to me with an attitude. I would ignore it because i assumed she was having a bad day. Well today i went again but wrote my info and what I was there for on a post it note with a please and thank you that way I wouldn’t run into a situation like that from yesterday making someone mad. Well i sent it back and sat there for 7 mins without a hey or not a single word me not knowing what was going on was wondering what was going on . I didn’t know she was attending me till she said sign the paper, i signed it and she sent my card back without a have a great day or anything and i looked and she was shaking her head again . I’m sorry but someone that treats there customers in such way should learn better I’m sorry if you had another bad day but it shouldn’t mean I should be treated like that you may felt like you had a reason but I don’t even know you or your reason to be treated rudely

It has always been an experience at robins financial. I have a constant problem with them always depositing the wrong amount into the wrong accounts. Instead of the deposit amount I tell them, they just deposit everything into whatever acc. Then I have to search my acc and see where my money is and move over what I wanted. Hope this changes in the future. Other than that, everyone is friendly, and most of the time helpful.

This may not be for this one particularly but their service sucks. They bounced my car payment thats been coming out since December of last year. Horrible service

I went to move some cd's as they matured. I had about a 5 minute wait. The agent was very helpful and efficient. She handled the transaction easily. When I was ready to leave she went to the door and opened it for me as I am handicapped and in an electric chair.

Called in turning to find out why I was charged a random service fee. Not only was the lady super unhelpful and condescending but all she did was block my card. I still don’t know where that charge came from but it’s still on my account and now I can’t use my card at all.

Kelsey was amazing when we where trying to make some deposits. It was nearing closing time but she was very patient with us and went above and beyond expectations. Really pleasant and professional to work with, made the process enjoyable and I must say in general this credit union excels in customer service.
