Left my house sitting in his "volume of houses" without much marketing! Terrible communication with me. I heard over and over "Be patient" no showings were scheduled for the weekend/s.
I have been informed by realtors my house should have sold quick in this amazing Charlotte market. But here I am 6 plus weeks later and still sitting. Costing me out of pocket expenses upwards of $6K He over promised and DID NOT deliver. Now my house has been on the market for 70 days AND it looks bad.
Try to do it yourself, you'll have better results.
