Can’t say enough good about Robert and the service I have had from Allstate! I never have a problem reaching Robert when I need him. From car repairs, to accidents , to even a question about my policy, Robert is always available and has the best attitude ! The ladies in the office are the best too! Super pleasant !!!

Never even met the man. He inherited my file from a previous person. The one time I filed a claim the secretary was not friendly. They never touch base with anyone to help make sure that we are covered in all area. The customer service guy helped me tremendously and explained and helped me adjust my coverage. To bad he benefited from it. I have been a customer for well over 20 years but that means nothing to the new generation of people in business.

Been paying for over 12 yrs. Never had an accident or claim of any kind and my package with house has gone up a Wopping 197.00 this one year to pay for others roofs in neighboring town; but not able to get adequate help with my own roof which sucks!
Thought I was in good hands . Right?

Mr. Cannon has been great! Luckily I haven't been in any accidents so I can't speak on that, but he is always quick to respond to my questions and I really feel that he has done a wonderful job keeping my premiums low. I recommend Mr. Cannon to anyone that asks about insurance companies!
