I had a real good onboarding experience with David, he asked me questions I wasn't even thinking about and had me consider some coverages I wasn't considering as an adult with children now. I came from a place where I was insured for decades so kids have changed since then, my rates for one with absolutely no connection to an agent whatsoever. With David I got a good rate and a person I talk to on the phone time and time again. He even takes care of all the cancellations from your previous insurances. I like most people did not have a specialized insurance agent before Dave Robbins looking back that was probably one of my biggest mistakes. Dave has been nothing but extremely knowledgeable and helpful through not only buying a car but selling a car and finding the proper insurances for those cars. When I purchased my new car in 2020 he was right there next to his phone getting me my insurance on the brand new leased car so I could drive off the lot with it. More recently, I called him to remove that car and informed him I was turning in that car, which was a lease at the time. He called me almost immediately to tell me how to actually turn it in and gain a profit which I followed his advice and directions and was able to get a check for a few thousand dollars instead of just turning it in! Dave makes you feel like a a close friend and will sit there and have a full lengthy conversation with you about your options and what would work best for you.
