Tyler and the gang are outstanding!!! Courteous, professional and provide great tire service. I go to these guys for all of my tire needs. Recently bought tires for my camper and need tires for my truck. I will be going back to them for those as well.

Recently visited Road Mart Southside for a brake inspection. Tyler and the team inspected my brakes and replaced my brake pads, rotors and calipers. The customer service was excellent and affordable. I highly recommend Road Mart Southside for their professionalism, efficiency and affordability.

My wife and I coming out of Panama City Florida, stopped at the rest area just inside of Dothan off of highway 231 North. I just had brand new tires put on the motorhome about 3 weeks back and this was the first trip we were making with them to Callaway Gardens to see all the Christmas lights. My wife was walking the dogs, so I decided to check around the motorhome and notice one of our brand new tires looked like it needed some air. After further inspection, I found that the rubber valve stem had a slow leak and I'm 100% positive the tire company in Panama City did not change it out when they put the new tires on. I had a compressor in my motorhome so I heard it back up and drove to the Road Mart in Dothan where I met Tyler. They took me right in and change out the valve stem, but as they were airing up the tire the sidewall blew out. They we're not able to give me a 12 ply tire to match my other tires and there was no place in Dothan that had any, so they crawl under the motorhome and took my spare to install it. JD and Mike and another gentleman that I can't remember his name check all of my tires to make sure there was not any other problems with the valve stems and made sure they had the proper air pressure in them. They were awesome! I went inside to settle up with Tyler and he told me he wasn't charging me anything, I told him I wanted to pay him because all of his guys did such an awesome job and he told me no way, but if I'm ever back this way and I need something just get with them. I told him I would absolutely do that and I was going to write him up a top-notch review...and so here it is Tyler and all of his staff were amazing! Super friendly, and we all had a lot in common. I would highly recommend them because I can tell you they're all good people and they all got good hearts!!! Thank you so very much all of you at the Road Mart in Dothan. Jack and Jackie
