Our company was acquired and we were transferred to the acquiring company's broker - River Rock. Ultimately, when we left the acquirer and pursued our own business efforts, Tom had exceptional expertise on each potential health plan, understood our requirements and financial preferences and spent extensive time advising us, setting up the plan and achieving all deadlines.

Along the way, we shifted plans, given university coverage options and Tom made all changes. I've even seen him working on our changes after 11pm.
