Hate the new system. It keeps taking payments out of the wrong accounts. Double check payment option on the app the correct account is listed but still comes out of wrong account. Luckily had a paycheck just deposited or I would have been put into the negative.

I've had constant issues with this bank. Despite making my loan payments every other Tuesday, I receive biweekly messages claiming I'm past due and requesting a callback. The system repeatedly shows errors, even though my payments are on time. Worse, the loan department doesn't accept phone calls, so resolving issues is frustrating.

I've also been making extra payments since the start of the year, assuming they were going towards the principal, but I just learned they’ve only been applied to interest. The bank never informed me that extra payments had to be made in-branch to be applied to the principal, even though I was initially told I could do this through the app. This miscommunication has cost me significantly in interest, and I’m very disappointed with the lack of transparency and customer service. 😞

I wouldn't go there. They where very rude and very clearly didn't want to do there job. I'm from out of town and really needed help with banking and now I'm not sure what to do.

My husband and I were with the same CU for 22 years, this CU is the absolute WORST!! They put holds on your direct deposit from your employer, so my money is held for 8-10 days after I get paid and it has caused multiple financial issues. They have also declined every single direct bill payment we have set up costing thousands of dollars in fees, missed payments and countless hours of time we have had to put in to correct their mistakes. The management team is not trained and lack the ability to have intelligent conversation without blaming you, the consumer for the CUs poor working systems. After blaming us for putting in wrong information, we resubmitted all payments without changing anything whatsoever and miraculously all the payments went through the second time. They fixed their mistakes on their end, still blamed us by having another manager call to “help us”… All I asked was to be treated like a human, but they could not do that as they were only trying to protect themselves. I provided all the documentation they needed to reimburse us for their mistakes, but somehow they “lost them” and “they didn’t get the info” though I have proof they did. Biggest mistake of our financial life to move here, we cannot make direct payments with our checking to multiple institutions because of this! In my 40+ years of life, I’ve never bounced a check until this bank declined every single payment though we had significant funds available! To top it off, they even declined our direct bill pay for a loan we have with them, that they set up!! Such a joke!! People have enough stress in their lives, DO BETTER!!!!!!

Went in to deposit into my landlord’s account. They have these new slips. They require the address of the shared credit union. First, I don’t know the address of my landlord’s bank in CA. Sure, and don’t offer to help me with that information when you have the credit unions ID #. Then the new slips, the boxes are so small that the names for the credit union and its address. Then it says “member signature,” so I didn’t sign it because I’m not a member. I really wish credit unions had a way to accept auto transfers from other banks so I wouldn’t have to deal with unfriendly people who don’t even smile.
