Rinu did a fantastic job of helping us sell our home quickly and painlessly. We put the house on the market just before Thanksgiving, right after everything had shut down again because of the pandemic. Although everyone always hopes for a higher offer, we got an offer, over our asking price, in five days.

The prep, marketing and offer phases went very smoothly. They coordinated inspections, minor fixes and repairs for the property, guiding the final steps for the landscaping and other details. If there were things we needed -- trash disposal, minor crack in foundation fixed, inspection, cargo trailer, furniture rearrangement for showing, etc. someone on the team did it or, through their deep contacts in the valley, quickly got things arranged. It was an absolute pleasure to have them in our corner through the process.

Both Chad and Andrew were very responsive with excellent communication. We could text, email or call them at almost any time and they would respond quickly. They never let issues linger but addressed them either proactively or very timely. Closing was set for a week before Christmas; due to an error on the buyer side part of the down payment delayed things a few days. It went down to the wire if we would even close before the long holiday weekend. The Rinu team tracked, pushed, consulted, helped and worked with all these parties to save as much time and pull in the dates. They were able to negotiate an early release of the earnest money so that we could fulfill our other commitments and stay on track.

As we were packing up the moving truck to drive out of state, the Rinu team stopped by to wish us well. This was, obviously, after the house sale had closed. They weren't just interested in a commission, but genuinely interested in us.
