We're a Memphis based business who has used Rikard CPA for a couple of years now. They helped us to completely restructure our business's accounting structure and trained staff on new procedures. Everything was very well documented and we feel like we could very expand without bookkeeping being a headache. Thanks to Rikard, we literally have a procedure handbook for 99% of the things we do in Quickbooks and daily book keeping.

Rikard CPA also does a good job with ongoing services that we have requested them to handle. They do our pay roll and sales tax as well, and we are very pleased with the timeliness of these services.

One of the best things about Rikard CPA is the communication. We always feel like we know what is going on, like we have an accurate picture of our company's financial picture, and that if we have any questions we'll be able to get an answer quickly. That is invaluable to us.
