I recently spoke with a friend that used Rick 1-2 years ago. He was sloppy with their records and when they tried to fix it he was not responsive and wanted to charge them to fix his mistakes... that is how it was told to me. I have previously given him a good review.... being consistent from customer to customer is hard to do and this is an example.
