Rick and Suzanne Bell provided incredible service as sellers' agent for the sale of our family home in Los Altos Hills. They wowed us with the marketing approach (including aerial drone footage Rick shot and a 3D tour), expert advice on pricing (10% higher than another leading agent, and we sold for 10% above the listing price), superb help in correcting Zillow's incorrect square footage (which didn't take into account a major remodel in 2005), wonderful help in getting the property ready to show (including helping us get on service providers' schedules even though they were all swamped), thoughtful advice in filling out the voluminous disclosure documents and negotiating the sales contract. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable, but their enthusiasm and good humor made the process enjoyable. Well, okay, almost enjoyable -- there is a huge amount of work involved in moving from a home where I had lived for 21 years and where my three boys grew up. I truly could not have been happier and have already recommended them to a number of friends who are contemplating selling their homes.
