We were beyond satisfied with Richie's services. His attention to detail is unbeatable. He gave us great advice to help sell our home and get top dollar. He conducted an open house that was wildly successful. The marketing material (photographs, virtual tour, handouts) were extremely professional, and surely drew a significant amount of interest in our home. His advice on pricing our home generated a significant amount of buzz that ultimately resulted in several competitive offers. On a more personal note, he was a pleasure to work with. Richie Hanna was the best realtor we’ve ever hired, hands down. He was very patient with us in our search for the perfect lot and home. He listened to what we wanted and needed, and he kept us up to date on all the listings that were coming on the market. Richie was terrific to work with on the sale of my NoVA townhome. He provided excellent recommendations on painters, repairmen, and movers. He made sure the home was sale-ready and held several open houses during a time when the NoVA market was slow. I was very pleased with the final offer I received. Richie and his connections made the entire process pain-minimal and highly-successful. He was very proactive about negotiating agent rates lower than the traditional rates under the new real estate guidelines and court rulings. Please, use Richie for your next real estate deal!

Richie was top notch in getting my home to market and sold in a short time. His team had an excellent knowledge of the market and a strategy to have my property standout from the competition. We highly recommend Richie and his team at Real Estate Richie. We had not sold a house in twenty years. Richie held our hands and provided all the information we needed at every step of the process from his first visit to view our home until the end of the free rent-back period he negotiated for us. The house sold very quickly at a price that was higher than list. Richie supported us through some septic issues and we were able to meet the buyers’ requirements with little stress. Richie did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our home. His expertise in the competitive listing price landed us competitive bids that resulted in securing an offer of $65K over our asking price. He also negotiated 60-day free lease back with the buyer waving all inspections. He negotiated an extremely clean contract and secured a buyer within 3 days of listing. Richie was extremely responsive, led us every step of the way and has a great team behind him. The MBH closing lawyer he selected was awesome. I’d highly recommend using Richie for all Northern Virginia real estate transactions.
