Very good experience. Scott was very helpful. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go through an agent for when I start receiving Medicare or if I was going to try and find Gap insurance on my own. I gave Scott a chance. I did not feel pressured and was not talked into anything that I did not want. He listened to what I needed. I would definitely 💯 recommend Scott. Very good customer service. What a great experience dealing with Scott at Insurance services AZ. Let's face it, for most of us, we would rather volunteer for a root canal rather than research healthcare insurance or Medicare plans. From the moment my husband and I met Scott, we knew we were in good hands. Scott is knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable! We are old school and to have an "insurance guy" again really means a lot to my husband and me. Hello this Man Really Saved me in a lot of ways on the medicaid Medicare program I tried someone else and they didn’t even come to close how good Scott Richards is it is outstanding how much he helped me.
