As an occasional business partner of Richard (and future client), I can say he is absolutely wonderful to work with! He is always quick with his responses, and he makes sure to communicate well so there isn't confusion with things. He makes sure to keep the working relationship enjoyable and professional. I have seen how he makes sure his clients both know that they are in well educated hands and feel like they are more than just a paycheck. He truly cares about his clients and working the best deal for them in addition to educating them along the way. Any questions his clients have, he answers or will find the answer for them so they are not going through the home buying process blind. Richard helped us every step of the way through the home buying process and he made it as smooth as it could be considering we purchased the week Covid started.
