I had an issue with terrible neighbors and after mentioning it to them they not only listened but creatively and quickly built a fence to offer more privacy. WOW! Thank you. You guys are amazing!

Horrible business practices for rentals. Will charge you an application fee, x2 if you're married, and will not initiate contact with rental applicant. If applicant calls for updates, they are told there's a very specific process and cannot give applicant update on where they are in that process. (Per Levi, that is a direct comment from him). Cannot call applicant back if rental is taken off market, or status changes in any way. Cannot call applicant back and when applicant calls, they cannot give updates. I would recommend possibly doing business in person at their office, but not using the Internet and Zillow app to apply like I did, I believe that's how I got treated the way I did. After looking at prior reviews, I would also agree there's an internal management problem here, not with the owners. Very strange way of doing business and frankly makes us feel like we got scammed for application fee... I'm on week 5 of zero contact from Levi in rental department, how long should I wait? I believe their website took my money when I applied, but the lack of interior management shows no one glanced at my app or did anything with it for about 2 weeks while other applicants were processed ahead of us, allowing the rental I was interested in getting rented out, during the first 2 weeks there were several attempts by my wife to get an update, but she was basically blown off by the women in the office, and told Levi would be in touch, that was his department. Thats when my wife and I made a group call from us both to Levi, only for him to act like he had no clue who we were, so he had no info to share with us, other than the rental property was no longer available. We tried to discuss what rental properties were currently available from rich realty at that point, at which point Levi said there was a very specific process they follow and would be in touch when it reached that point. I told him I had driven 8 hours from 2 states away and was in town, with deposit, 1st and last months rent money in hand to expedite this process. We told him that we were in town today, with funds, which he did ask us to clarify that we were indeed in town and drove 8 hours one way, but he did not suggest a face to face meeting, also a reason I believe he had no clue who I was and showing my online application was never once looked at or processed.
Amazingly later that day I got email notification that rich realty finally ran my credit for the rental application. (2 weeks after I paid them for the service/application fee and the original property was rented already). I stayed in a hotel until Monday. We called the office that Monday morning around 10am and was told Levi was out of the office all day dealing with a new apartment complex with 40 units and would be unavailable, busy landing a new client property.
Maybe if you live in the area and can go in and do business face to face you may have a good experience, but if you're not local and able to do that, the lack of interior management about their online practices/rental procedures gives zero accountability to ensure a fair and equal treatment as someone able to walk in the office in person.

I'd give zero stars if I could... 5 weeks of waiting, 2 weeks before even processing my credit/background check, (I checked the box on the application to make any info they requested and checked to be shared with me, so I know exactly when they actually ran the credit/background checks) their company website took our money weeks before they even ran our application, it all points to zero accountability and shows zero professionalism here, and indicating discrimination against online applicants that are unable to walk in, allowing them to fall threw their cracks in their internal system.
After typing all this, I changed my mind, I would just recommend doing business with a different real estate company altogether.
