Rhino helped me out to rent the place last minute, I got approved but have to do everything same day, so I couldn't have time to get all the security deposit money and the base rent for the other day will be $100 more, in the end I save couple bucks and didn't lock my money with the landlord, it was fast and easy! It is a good option to keep the cash on hand if don't want to lock you security deposit for the lease term. A alert, don't mix the insurance (car, home, rent) we are used to with Rhino, it is different, you pay a premium to not have to pay a big amount of security deposit and to Rhino take the risk from you with your landlord, but you are responsible for all costs to get the property back as it was when you got in when you move out.
