In the process of buying a new house and this company was hired by the lending company. Kip Beaudry said my property is in a flood zone when the nearest flood zone is almost 2 miles away. The land surveyor verified that my property as well as the entire neighborhood is not within a 100 year flood plain. He also spelled the name of my street wrong in multiple places on the appraisal, which he had to go back and fix. This all pushed my closing date to sometime, not sure when because now my paperwork has to be sent to USDA to be fixed because the appraiser refused to fix his mistake about the flood zone. My current rental contract is up on May 31, so hopefully myself and my 5 children will have a roof over our heads come the end of the month. My lender has multiple contracts in that neighborhood and not one other appraiser has any of the other properties listed in a flood zone and I’m on the high side of the neighborhood. I guess Mr. Kip Beaudry is the only one that is right and all of the other appraisers and the land surveyor are all wrong! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

The appraisers refused to wear a mask in our home at my husband’s request, even after he offered disposable masks. When he would not admit them, they told him that we could take the inside photos and email them to the appraisers with a detailed description. In other words, they wanted us to do their job because they refused to wear a simple paper mask (during a pandemic). They then left their contact information scrawled on a torn piece of paper. Very unprofessional.

The appraiser name "Kip" aka Christopher Beaudry was loud, abrasive and RUDE!!. I called him to discuss the results in my appraisal because I had a couple of questions. He talked over me and yelled at me and on top of the hung up the phone in my face. PLEASE, PLEASE stay away from this organization. If I could give him "0" stars I would totally unprofessional. There is a reason why he has 1 star google reviews!!!

Was given a quote several weeks ago after I got his name from my banker, claimed it was 1year ago when I went back to him to do the Appraisel and he raised the price $800 higher. When I said that was a lot more than he quoted me before he lowered it $300 from that higher quote if I would bring him a check in advance.
Of course I wouldn't want to do business with a person of that caliber!!

This company is fraudulent i would not recommend this company to anyone that want an honest appraisal their moto should be its not "What you know its who you Know " Do not Use this people. Ever.
