Michelle and Ryan at Revive Mortgage are the BEST! My husband and I were new parents and first time home buyers. We didn't know where to start. Michelle and Ryan guided us the whole entire way from making sure we got our finances in order to eventually finding our dream home.

Ryan is very knowledgeable on the financial side and was very helpful in providing various scenarios to us so we can get the best rate possible and to help stay within our budget. Any questions we had he was able to answer immediately and in lay person terms!

Michelle is super knowledgeable in the home buying process. She made herself available to us anytime that we found a house we wanted to see. We were on the website daily looking at new houses and monitoring houses that we liked. When Michelle would see this activity, she would always reach out to see if we wanted to go see the house in person. Once she got a sense of our style, she would start to send us houses that we hadn't even thought to look at. She was able to answer any questions we had about the houses we were looking at. If the information we wanted wasn't on the listing, she didn't hesitate to reach out to the listing agent and find out!

Once we found a house, Michelle and Ryan went straight to work. We had sellers that wanted to move quickly in selling as they had another place lined up. On top of that, all of this was taking place over the holidays. This posed many challenges and banks were closed multiple days throughout the weeks and businesses were closed as well as staff on vacation. Even with all of these barriers, Michelle and Ryan made it happen. We were able to get all inspections done and repairs made within the time frame we wanted. Another amazing feature, was the use of docusign! This was a lifesaver with the rushed timelines and our busy schedules. We were able to complete so much electronically and we only needed to meet in person for signing one time. And when we did meet, it was a pleasant experience. We already discussed all the paperwork before over the phone so we were ready to do the final signing.

Overall Michelle and Ryan went above and beyond our expectations. I have recommended them to all of our friends and family that are looking into purchasing a home.
