Very poor experience, dropped my tax information off at the start of March and it sat for a month with the only communication coming when I showed up to see what was happening after two weeks. After another two weeks without any communication I showed up and they hadn't even started and had actually lost half of my paperwork. Stay away.

I had a poor experience at this office. I had my taxes done by CPA's before and they usually had them ready in a few days. A week after dropping them off I called to see when they would be ready. Apparently, they weren't started yet. A couple days later I was told they were ready. When I picked them up I was shocked at how low the return was considering my deductions. Apparently, a significant error was found. Had I not questioned this I would've lost over $1,000. I was still charged full price for this service. This was done by a female accountant. She is the only one I dealt with. My boyfriend and I will not be going back.
