I was inquiring about buying a multi family property here, Albert Drake was incredibly rude. The assistant that returned my call via text (a week later) was confusing and never told me their name or where they were calling from. I was told the property that was posted on their website was not for sale, then it was for sale but not currently. When I inquired about a duplex they also had posted on their website, I was told there was no one to show me the property and I wasn’t important enough to speak to the owner. I got so fed up with the process of trying to get any information from these people that I gave up and decided to look elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend for investors looking to buy that aren’t large firms.

When I got junk mail from this company I immediately thought about the fact that wall street and big hedge funds are starting to own more residential properties in the US, and they have real estate firms like RIA to do that for them. This waste of paper I got in the mail says they "represent buyers and sellers". I wonder who those folks are. I don't know honestly, but this sure seems suspicious. And even if they don't work for wall street they're working with people who buy up whole apartment complexes just to jack up the rent and get rich while working class folks suffer. "Multi-family is all we do" it says. That means they only work with landlords, not normal people with families.

Even outside all that, any business that sends junk mail gets one star. If they're dumb enough to send junk mail in the 21st century, are they smart enough to handle your business?
