My parked bmw was hit 2/2/25 their agent didn’t put my claim in the system until 2/4/25 so that led to another agent questioning me so I sent screenshots of my call log with time stamps. Next they said my insurance is expired before they could finish their sentence I cut them off like my car was parked, my insurance has nothing to do with your truck hitting mine. Met a rep in person and he questioned the reporting dates so I showed him my phone. Claimed they couldn’t find the driver and didn’t have the new address of the renter. Luckily she was right across the street from me. Repair Estimate came to $5600, these goofies are totaling the car and the appraisal was more than double that. Went from a claims II adjuster to a claims III adjuster to somebody who sends the documents for you to sign for the money which I did 2/21/25, then to the total loss department who still haven’t reached out to me. It’s 2025 all the major insurers pay direct deposit, repwest wants to send a paper check apparently. They will never answer the phone or reply to your emails no matter how quick you respond to theirs. Every new person you talk to will be completely new to everything with your claim. Then when they do reach out it’s around 3pm when it’s clock out time. Blow the phones up, send multiple emails and leave voicemails putting emphasis on your patience.

Holly E. Was my adjuster. She followed up quickly and responded to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. She went above and beyond and called the repair shop to approve the claim. I was hit by a uhaul owner and from start to finish took about 2.5weeks. Thank you Holly! You are the best!

This company is nothing short of a big scam. I have filed a claim well over a month ago and was assigned and adjuster that has not accepted or returned any of my calls, nor has she responded to any emails that I have sent, after trying to contact her EVERY DAY since the claim was submitted. Courtney Schulze is my adjuster. The claim is regarding water damage to a bed frame, headboard, mattress, coffee table, end tables, and a sectional couch that was caused in a U-Haul storage building a couple of months ago. This storage unit was flooded. I cannot see how a business operates like that!

These guys SUCK. Plain and simple. They kept me from renting a U Haul truck because of " and outstanding issue with U Haul". I don't have any issues with U Haul. The ONLY thing I can think of is when a guy driving one of their trucks, hit .y parked Tahoe and took the front bumper assembly off, taking out all .y collision avoidance sensors and my airbag sensors. And here's the kicker. The U Haul counter person gave me a number to rea h them, THEY DON'T WORK ON WEEKENDS. Can't wait to talk to then Monday morning.

I rarely leave reviews but this company has to be the worst that I've ever had to deal with. They are refusing to approve my claim to get my truck fixed after a U-Haul driver that lives in my apartment building backed into my part truck and then it the front left bumper. My neighbor downstairs seen the incident took photos of the U-Haul and license plate along with a timestamp and also wrote A Witness letter but yet according to them that is not enough to prove negligence.

I was worried about getting any money to cover my $3600 matters that was ruined with water damage that happened while in a uhaul for a move so many negative reviews had me scared. But after about 2 weeks working with repwest agent C. Schulze who was friendly and very helpful had my mind at ease. The claim came back approved and covered almost the whole cost of my mattress “7 years old”. I learned don’t judge every book by its cover. Thank you C. Schulze

The South Lake Tahoe CA Uhaul storage was repeatedly burglarized for several months beginning in September 2024.
Repwest insurance company still has yet to pay me out for my 2 units or any of the DOZENS of other victims .
According to local law enforcement Uhaul and Repwest have been uncooperative .
The story has been in the papers and everything, it is shocking that repwest can get away with this!

Absolutely Horrendous Experience—Avoid at All Costs! GET A LAWYER if you have to deal with them!

I cannot stress enough how AWFUL my experience has been dealing with this company and their so-called “claims process.” After being the victim of a hit-and-run accident involving one of their U-Haul vehicles, I did everything right—immediately reporting the incident, providing detailed documentation, submitting photos of the damage, and even following their requested checklist of required materials. Despite my full cooperation, I have been met with nothing but dismissiveness, unprofessionalism, and outright negligence.

The claims adjuster I dealt with, Janelle, was condescending, accusatory, and completely unhelpful throughout this process. Instead of treating me like the victim of a hit-and-run, they acted as if I was inconveniencing them for expecting accountability. Their tone was beyond disrespectful, implying that I was at fault for not capturing live footage of the incident—because apparently, we’re all supposed to have cameras rolling 24/7 in case their drivers decide to flee the scene of an accident.

To make matters worse, when I followed up to check on my case, I was essentially gaslit and told that my documentation was insufficient—even though I submitted everything they requested. I even offered to pull red-light surveillance footage if needed, but it’s clear that this company is more invested in protecting their drivers and avoiding responsibility than in doing what’s right.

A quick look at this company’s terrible reviews and history of fraudulent behavior should tell you everything you need to know. It’s appalling that they are still in business after all the lawsuits and complaints. Based on my experience, their shady practices and complete lack of integrity are par for the course.

This company should be ashamed of how it treats people, especially those already dealing with the stress and trauma of an accident. If you are considering using their services—DON’T. RUN. THE OTHER WAY. And if you’re unfortunate enough to have to file a claim against them, prepare yourself for the fight of your life.

I will continue to pursue this case, escalate it further, and expose their behavior on every platform available. No one should have to endure this level of incompetence and disregard for the truth
