My husband and I had a dream to build our forever home for many years. We were nervous after hearing so many people share horror stories of building, from way over budget, surprise upcharges, delays, and lack of care. From my first impression of Wendell with Renewal, I felt comfortable. He spent months with us getting our prints just right for us while being cautious with our budget. He set allowances and had me go pick things out to be sure those allowances would work for me instead of giving us an overall budget that looked good but with tiny allowances that would be disappointing. This went on for months before we signed any kind of contract. That built trust for us. The process was smooth and not overwhelming. It went quickly and we were able to stay on budget. We could not be happier from start to finish with each person Renewal had in our home working for us. The integrity of this company is like no other and I wouldn’t choose anyone else for a new build or remodel.

My wife & I hired Renewal Homes to build our new house--which was completed in April of 2019. Wendell & his team are 'top-notch' and handled everything.

In the 'fall' of 2018 we worked with Renewal Homes on the design, made all our interior & exterior selections and EVERYTHING ELSE. Then we spent the entire winter in another state. When we came back in April, we walked in to our new (completely finished) house for the first time. It was like a dream.

A day later my neighbor across the street asked me how I could be 1,200 miles away for 5 months--while our house was being built. I simply replied, "The key is to hire a builder you can trust." Renewal Homes was that builder for us.
