I had been a customer of this office for 25 years or so and Tom and Robin always took the time to help me out. They were terrific and I felt like they really cared about me and my family. Unfortunately when the business changed hands things changed. I kept my existing policies with them, but when I was trying to get some home owners insurance, CA Fair plan even, Harry totally failed me. Dragged it out for weeks, NEVER returned my calls as promised, and ultimately couldn’t get it together to get me any coverage. I went through a different insurance company and got coverage in 2 days.

I met my previous Agent , Tom, in the Mid eighties at a booth in a Sears Store. I am glad to be able to call someone who lives in the community whenever o have a question. Tom and Renee have given plenty of time when a payment is due. And they have assisted me in a couple of claims over the years.Renee has increased my trust and comfort with Allstate. I can’t imagine having a better agent

This office has the worst, unprofessional set of “agents” any one company can possess. This office does not take accountability for their mistakes , jeopardizing your insurance policy and leaving you to deal with fixing your policy through a REAL ALLSTATE AGENT !
