I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience with Renee Brooks Allstate agency. Their lack of responsiveness is appalling. Not only did they fail to communicate changes to my policy rates, but they also did so multiple times without any notification whatsoever. I have left multiple messages with Jerry and Mandy for Renee to call me back and still, nothing. I have also emailed Renee five times and she has not responded once. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service. I have been a loyal customer expecting reliability and honesty, but instead, I received frustration and confusion. I would caution anyone considering Renne Brooks Allstate agency to beware of their deceptive practices and unreliable service.

Very knowledgable and friendly staff. Just switched all insurance needs to Allstate and Renee Brooks. Very glad I made the moved. Saved money and now have a staff I can call on with questions and insurance needs.

Who stops what they’re doing and reviews an insurance agent? Someone that values great service. Someone that acknowledges when people go above and beyond. Someone that truly appreciates the feeling of picking up a phone and calling an agent that answers and makes you feel like you’re talking to family. At the end of the day we all need insurance and we just want to know it’s taken care of so we don’t have to think about it, but what makes Renee and Mindy different is the feeling you get when your on the phone with them and they’re making sure your taken care of. I shopped around probably 5-6 insurance companies before using Renee and that was purely based on price alone, but the reason I wouldn’t ever think to leave is due to everything else I just described. Love these people! Call them and see for yourself!

I moved to Denver NC over 21 months ago. I had to transfer existing and/or purchase new policies from Allstate. I reached out to Renee’s agency and they were extremely competent and accommodating. I was able to conduct all my business over the phone without having to go into the office. I made it a point to go into the office to meet with Renee and Mindy to express my appreciation of their efficient professionalism in handling my insurance affairs.

Any time I need to communicate with Renee Brooks and any of her office support staff it is always a positive Interaction! They are able to answer all of my questions, give me guidance on what’s best for my insurance needs, all while also suggesting ways for me to save my money and time. Renee and her team of insurance agents are Awesome!
I've never experienced a problem here and am always treated like I'm one of a kind by them.
I would recommend AllState to anyone because of how well Renee and her team have treated me.
